1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GuruX (“the Service”), operated by IntelliOrion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

GuruX is an AI-powered adaptive learning platform for K-12 students. The Service provides personalized study plans, interactive lessons, quizzes, and progress tracking. Content is generated and curated by artificial intelligence and is intended to supplement — not replace — formal education.

3. Parent & Guardian Responsibility

GuruX is designed for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for:

• Creating and managing child profiles
• Reviewing and approving AI-generated study plans
• Supervising your child's use of the platform
• Providing accurate information about your child's grade level and abilities

4. AI-Generated Content

Lessons, study plans, and assessments are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and educational quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Parents are encouraged to review curriculum plans and flag any concerns. The Service should not be considered a substitute for professional educational guidance.

5. Account & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the parent settings. Upon deletion, all family data including child profiles, progress history, and learning data will be permanently removed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. IntelliOrion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
